Should the charms be damaged upon arrival, you may return within 14 days of the arrival of your shipment for a full refund. Please note that because all our charms are crafted from natural stone by hands, variations in color or form do exist. We cannot give refund to cases which the reason for return is based on the appearance of the charms.

To request a refund, please send an e-mail to sales@elegantcharm.com, attaching the e-mail notification/receipt we sent to you. If you do not have it (either lost it or the shipment is a gift), please send us the receipient's name and address.
